Today's buyer is a busy professional who selects the homes they want to see by browsing online. They are rarely in the market for a "fixer-upper," but prefer a move-in ready home that appeals to their modern aesthetic.

I use new, contemporary furnishings and accessories that are targeted to the tastes of the typical buyer. These are appropriate in scale and color to bring out the best in your house, and create a warm and inviting environment.

The return on investment is a sure thing. Typical full staging costs range between $2200-$4500. I recommend fully staging living areas, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and all baths.
